I saw this Online and Found this Story Interesting....

Eat This for Breakfast. Lose Weight?

"If you eat two eggs for breakfast every day for two months, you could very well
lose weight--as much as 65 percent more weight than if you eat a bagel instead,
even though the eggs and the bagel have the same amount of calories. That's the
word from a new study conducted by researchers at the Pennington Biomedical
Research Center's laboratory of infection and obesity, a part of the Louisiana
State University system."
"In this study, those who ate the eggs for breakfast also lost 61 percent more
body mass and felt more energetic than those who ate bagel breakfasts. Lead
study author Dr. Nikhil V. Dhurandhar acknowledges that it's tough to stick to a
diet, but eggs are satisfying and provide enough of an energy boost that they
help dieters achieve their weight loss goals. Specifically, Dhurandhar's team
found that those who ate two eggs a day for breakfast ate fewer calories at the
next meal, providing evidence that the egg breakfast had appetite-suppressing
properties that lasted well beyond breakfast."

"Best of all, the triglyceride levels and HDL and LDL cholesterol levels of study
participants eating eggs remained relatively unchanged. The study findings were
published in the August 5 issue of the International Journal of Obesity."
